HomeMy WebLinkAboutCHANGE ORDER #1, CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH HEBBARD ELECTRICAL This Second Contract Amendment for Electrical Renovations for Hangar One is made
and entered into as of this —1 day of ¶£Crr 'oGf' 2018, by and between the Augusta
Aviation Commission for the Augusta Regional Airport, (hereinafter designated as "Airport") and
Hebbard Electrical, Inc. (hereinafter designated as "Contractor"), a Georgia corporation, whose
address is 2225 North Leg Road, Augusta, GA 30909.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2018, the parties entered into a contract for the provision of
electrical services for Hangar One at the Airport; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the Contract to add additional electrical outlets,
conduits, feeders and wiring to complete the renovations of the electrical work for the Hanger.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises, and
agreements herein contained in this Second amendment, the Airport and Contractor hereby
agree as follows:
1.
Article, 1 Scope of Work is hereby amended to add the attached additional items on the First
Amendment to Attachment A.
2.
Article 2 Time, Term And Payment, subsection Contract Price, is amended to add $6803.79 for
the additional scope of work on the First Amendment to Attachment A. The new contract price for
completion of all electrical services shall be $72,836.79 .
3.
Accept as amended herein all other terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Second Contract Amendment to
be executed by their appropriate officials, as of the date first written above.
