AUGUSTA REGIONAL AIRPORT
This First Amendment to the Contract for Bid Item 18-178 Window Replacements forHangar One
(hereinafter designated as the "Contract") made and entered into as of this (-Hi— day of
D 2018, by and between the Augusta, Georgia for the Augusta Aviation
Commission for the Augusta Regional Airport, (hereinafter designated as "Airport") and Window
World of the CRSA, Inc. (hereinafter designated as "Contractor"), a Georgia corporation, whose
address is 4001 Enterprise Court, Martinez, GA 30907.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2018, the parties entered into a Contract for
the provision of window replacements for Hangar One at the Airport; and
WHEREAS, after the demolition and removal of asbestos it has been determined that
there is a need to revise the sizes of certain windows due conflicting information in the solicitation
documents and to add an additional door and window; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has provided a cost proposal for the modifications to the
scope of work, which has been reviewed and accepted by the Airport;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises, and
agreements herein contained, the Airport and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1.
Article 2 Time, Term And Payment, subsection 2.2 is hereby amended to add $7375.00 to the
costs for the modified scope of work. The new Contract price shall be $33,875.00.
2.
Except as modified herein all other terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this First Amendment to the Contract to
be executed by their appropriate officials, as of the date first written above.
