A Resolution by the Augusta, Georgia Commission
WHEREAS, the Augusta, Georgia Commission desires to honor the timeframe set for
Executive Session meetings and to establish other procedures for the Executive Sessions of the
Commission; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
Executive Session meetings shall start on time at 11:00 a.m. and end on, or before, 1:00 p.m.
Items not addressed will be rescheduled or the Executive Session will reconvene after the
completion of all Committee Meetings.
Excessive debate in Executive Session shall be limited.
Executive Session agenda and supporting materials are to be sent to all Commissioners by
Friday of the prior week.
Confidential or sensitive materials are to be marked as such.
