THIS CONVEYANCE made and executed the ,Y�/day of/01420
WITNESSETH that Georgia Health Sciences Foundation. Inc., f/k/a MCG Real Estate
Corporation , the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, through which
Druid Park Ave., known as Druid Park at Laney Walker Round About Project, has been laid out by
Kimley Horn Engineering, Planning, and Environmental Consultants, being more particularly described
in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering office, to which reference is hereby
made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia,and their successors in office,so much land as to make a right-of-way
for said project as surveyed.
SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.02 acre (749.16 sq. ft.) ,
more or less; and N/A of permanent construction and maintenance easement, more or less; and 1,203.64
sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, more or less, and N/A temporary driveway easement, as
shown on a drawing of the property prepared Kimley Horn Engineering, Planning, and Environmental
Consultants, dated December 15, 2014,and revised April 1, 2015,attached hereto and made a part of this
description.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said conveyed premises in fee simple.
I hereby specially warrant that I have the right to sell and convey'said land and bind myself, my
heirs,executors and administrators forever to defend by virtue of these presents.
