SAID right-of-way is hereby conveyed in fee simple, consisting of 0.011 acre (472.20 sq. ft.) , more or less; and N/A of permanent easement, more or less, and 2,384 sq. ft. of temporary construction easement, more or less, and N/A driveway easement, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by Pond Architects, Engineers, Planners z dated January 29, 2016 , and revised July 18, 2016 , attached hereto and made a part of this description.
