This Second Amendment to the contract for Routine Maintenance and Emergency Maintenance
Services to the Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning Systems for the Augusta Regional
Airport (the "Contract") between Gold Mech Services, Inc., and the City of Augusta for the
Augusta Aviation Commission (the Airport), located at 1501 Aviation Way, Augusta, Georgia
30906 to be effective June 1,2018.
WHEREAS, on June 1, 2014, the Parties entered into a contract for the provision of
routine maintenance and emergency maintenance services for the Airport's Heating, Ventilation
and Air conditioning Systems; and
WHEREAS,the Contract was for three(3)years and provided for two (2) additional one
(1)year terms; and
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to exercise the second additional one-year term.
NOW THEREFORE,the Parties have agreed to execute this Second Amendment to the
Contract.
1.
Article 1.5 Contract Term, is hereby amended to exercise the second one-year renewal
option.
2.
Article, 5.6 Costs, is hereby amended to increase the annual cost for services to
$42,312.48 and the monthly cost to$3,526.04.
3.
Except as amended herein,all other terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereof have caused this Second Amendment to be
effective June 1,2018.
