determined that no objective evidence was received by the Defendant supporting its decision to deny
the Plaintiff's license,the Court hereby finds that there is no evidence in the record supporting the
decision of the Defendant, it is
HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Petition be granted and that a mandamus absolute be
granted and the Defendant is hereby commanded to issue to the Plaintiff a retail package dealer
license for beer and wine sales for the business known as EZQ located at 2160 Martin Luther King7rfzfit
Boulevard, Augusta, Georgia.
