BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project is to award the Construction Contract to E. R. Snell Contractor, Inc
in the amount of$2,297,337.64 for Wheeler Rd at Aumond Rd and Milledgeville
at North Leg Rd roundabouts projects.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1%Sales Tax, Phase VI $ 300,000
Special 1%Sales Tax, Phase VI $ 15,000
TIA Funds $ 82,946
Special 1%Sales Tax, Phase VI $ 409,741
TIA Funds $ 328,581

Section 3: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
