which was recorded in Book 15-N, Page 582. Said lot fronts fifty-two and seven tenths
(52.7) feet on the North side of Bowles Road, extending back between parallel lines
One Hundred and Fifty (150) feet and is bounded: North and East by lands of Hugh S.
Cook, et al.; on the South by Bowles Road and on the West by lot recently sold to Julian
E. Reid, and being the Eastern one-half (1/2) of lot purchased on April 12, 1947, by C.
