TEMPORARY EASEMENT
GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY PROJECT East Augusta Roadway& Drainage,
Ph III
WITNESSETH that Glinda A. Roberts, (ROFS) and Eddie Roberts, Jr.(ROFS), the
undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY, which over, through, and across
the above Project has been laid out by W.R. Toole Engineers, Inc., being more particularly described in a
map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering office, to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, and their successors in office, an easement for the purpose and uses
hereinafter set forth, over,through and across the following lands,to wit:
SAID easement consisting of 324.95 sq.ft., of temporary construction easement, more or less, as
shown on a drawing of the property dated August 10, 2012, and revised January 16, 2013, prepared by
W.R. Toole Engineers, Inca attached hereto and made by reference a part hereof, for a more accurate and
complete description of the easement Said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion
and final acceptance of said project by Augusta, Georgia..
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to wit: construction.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

WITNESSETH that Bertha Crumton, Kathy Williams Crumpton, AL Fitzgerald Williams
Crumpton, and Schquita Ivey, the undersigned, is the owner of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY,
through which East Augusta Roadway & Drainage, PH, III, has been laid out by W.R. Toole Engineers,
Inc., being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta Engineering
office,to which reference is hereby made.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction and
maintenance of said project, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby grant, sell and convey to Augusta, Georgia, a political
subdivision of the State of Georgia, and their successors in office, so much land as to make a right-of-way
for said project as surveyed.
SAID perpetual easement consisting of 300 sq.ft., of permanent drainage, utility and
maintenance easement, more or less, as shown on a drawing of the property prepared by W.R. Toole
Engineers, Inc., dated August 10, 2012, and revised January 16, 2013, attached hereto and made by
reference a part hereof, for a more accurate and complete description of the perpetual easement.
Also GRANTED is N/A of temporary construction easement, more or less, as shown on
said plat, said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final acceptance
of said Project by Augusta, Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses, to wit: construction and
maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.

WITNESSETH: that ERIKA P. MOORE AND BRYAN S.MOORE ,the
undersigned,is the owners of a tract of land in RICHMOND COUNTY,through which East
Augusta Roadway&Drainage improvement Project has been laid out by W.R.Took Engineers,
Inc.being more particularly described in a map and drawing of said project in the Augusta
Engineering Office,to which reference is hereby made.
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the benefit to said property by the construction
and maintenance of said Project,and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR($1.00)in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,Grantor does hereby grant,sell and convey to said
Augusta,Georgia,a political subdivision of the State of Georgia,a perpetual easement for the
purpose and uses hereinafter set forth,over,through and across the following lands,to wit:
Said perpetual easement consists of 0.014 acre(590.95 sa.ft.), of permanent drainage,
utility and maintenance easement,more or less,as shown on a drawing of the property prepared
by W.R.Toole Engineers, Inc.,dated August 10.2012,and revised January 16,2013,attached
hereto and made by reference a part hereof for a more accurate and complete description of the
perpetual easement.
Also GRANTED is 571.45 sq. ft of temporary construction easement, more or less,as
shown on said plat,said temporary construction easement to expire at the completion and final
acceptance of said Project by Augusta,Georgia.
This easement is granted for the following purposes and uses,to wit:construction and
maintenance.
The easement herein granted shall bind the heirs and assigns of the undersigned.
