LEASE AGREEMENT
First Amendment
This is the First Amendment to a lease Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the
state of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and Robert Williams (hereinafter
referred to as "Lessee") dated March 13, 2018.
The intent and purpose of this amendment is to amend Lease subject to below revised terms.
1. 2. Term. The term of this Lease shall begin on the 1St day of April 2018 and shall end on
the 1st day of April 2019 at 11:59 p.m., unless sooner terminated by either Lessor or Lessee as
herein provided. The above lease is hereby extended for a period of up to five(5)additional years
by an option to exercise five (5) one (1) year extensions. The lease shall automatically renew,
unless sooner terminated by either the Lessor or Lessee. The lease ends December 31,2022.
2. All other parts of the Lease will remain in force as is.
