DEED OF DEDICATION
THIS INDENTURE,made and entered into this 7 day of November 2017,by and
between CROWELL & CO., INC. a Georgia corporation, hereinafter called "Grantor", which
expression shall include the plural as well as the singular,and heirs,legal representatives,successors
and assigns,where the context so requires or admits, and AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, a political.
subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through the Augusta Commission, hereinafter
called"Grantee",which expression shall include the plural as well as the singular,and heirs,legal
representatives, successors and assigns, where the context so requires or admits.
WITNESSETH: •
THAT THE GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten & 00/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by Grantee, the receipt and adequacy of
which are hereby acknowledged by Grantor, has bargained, granted, sold, aliened, conveyed, and
confirmed, and by these presents does bargain, grant sell, alien, convey and confirm unto Grantee,
the property and property rights hereinafter described, to-wit:
All right, title and interest of the Grantor in and to the storm sewer system as the same are
now located within deeded 60' R/W and additional drainage and utility easements as shown and
delineated on a plat of GRANITE HILL,SECTION FOUR,PHASE ONE,as prepared by Southern
Partners,Inc.,approved February 21,2017,and recorded March 7,2017,in Plat Book 13,page 40,et
seq., in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia,reference being
made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds, courses,
dimensions and location of said property.
TOGETHER with all of the necessary rights of ingress and egress for the purpose of
maintaining the described storm sewer system.

TOGETHER with:
All that lot or parcel of land shown and designated as Burlington Drive-60'R/W; Marble
Court-60' R/W; Covington Court—60' R/W; all as shown on the above-referenced plat; and
TOGETHER with an easement to enter upon all areas shown as water system easements,
drainage and utility easements, as shown on said plat.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said roads, property and easements, together with all and
singular,the rights,members and appurtenances thereof to the same,being,belonging or in anywise
appertaining to the only proper use,benefit and behoof of the said Grantee,its successors and assigns
forever in FEE SIMPLE.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set his/her hand and seal on the day and
