BETWEEN
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA FOR
THE AUGUSTA AVIATION COMMISSION FOR
THE AUGUSTA REGIONAL AIRPORT AT BUSH FIELD
AND
AVFUEL CORPORATION
This Second Amendment to the Aviation Fuel Supply Agreement (Agreement) is made
and entered into by and between Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, by and through its Augusta Aviation Commission for the Augusta Regional
Airport at Bush Field ("Airport"), and AvFuel Corporation ("AvFuel"), a Michigan
corporation located at 47 West Ellsworth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108, to provide
aviation fuel.
WHEREAS, on January 1, 2014, the parties entered into an Agreement to for the
provision of aviation fuel for the Airport and its clients; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement entered into by the Parties provided for a three-year
term, with two one year renewals; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to exercise the second renewal term of the
Agreement for one additional year.
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing,the provisions contained
herein and the mutual benefits to be derived therefrom, and for other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties
agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

Paragraph 2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the
following:
2. Term: The initial term of this Agreement is three (3) years, beginning on the
Effective Date Specified in the Summary. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2)
additional one(1) year terms. The first renewal option has been exercised, and the second
renewal term shall begin on January 1, 2018.

Except as amended herein all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have duly executed and delivered this Second
Amendment to the Agreement to be effective January 1, 2018.
