This First Amendment of Lease (this "Amendment") is made this J day of No y"rINS .
2017, between Augusta, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and
through its Environmental Services Department, hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR", and
Pinetucky Skeet and Trap Club, a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of
Georgia, hereinafter referred to as "LESSEE". LESSOR and LESSEE are at times collectively
referred to hereinafter as the"Parties"or individually as the"Party".
Whereas, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a certain Lease Agreement on November
28,2016; and
Whereas, this Amendment is entered into for the purpose of, among other things,
evidencing additional leased premises extensions; and
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, the mutual covenants
contained herein, Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by LESSOR AND
LESSEE,LESSOR and LESSEE hereby covenant and agree as follows:
1. Section 1 of the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with
the following:
1. Premises: The Lessor, for and in consideration of the rents, covenants,
agreements, and stipulations hereinafter set forth, to be paid, kept and performed by the Lessee,
does hereby lease unto the said Lessee, and said Lessee hereby agrees to lease and take upon the
terms and conditions which hereinafter appear, the following property, more particularly
described in Figure 1 and Figure 2 attached hereto.
2. Except as modified by this Amendment, the Lease remains unmodified and in full
force and effect.
3. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of LESSOR and
LESSEE and their respective legal representatives, transferees, successors and assigns.
4. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings as
defined in the Lease.
