NEW ITEMS 1.Additional Excavation. There was an additional amount of excavation within the project limits compared to the unclassified excavation quantity in the original contrail. Item P-152.1: 443 CY at$27.00 COST ADDITION/(DELETION): $11,961.00 DAYS ADDITION I(DELETION): 0 JUSTIFICATION: The original bid documents did not provide for enough excavation to construct the designed pavement section. The revised quantity is based on as-constructed quantities. 2.Reduction of quantities. The following items are to be reduced in quantity. Item P-101.1: 200 SY at$12.00 Item X-106.1: 115 CY at$17.85 Item P-152.2: 105 SY at$6,00 Item P-156.2: 5 EA at$310.00 Item P-209.1: 131 CY at$69.00 Item X-405.1: 50.09 TON at$99.75 Item P-620.1: 310 SF al$2.00 Item P-620.2: 590 SF at$3.00 Item D-701.1: 40 LF at$51.00 Item D-701.2: 3 LF at$54.00 COST ADDITION/(DELETION): ($25,260.23) DAYS ADDITION I(DELETION): 0 JUSTIFICATION: During the final project closeout there were several items that did not balance. This change order zeros out these items to account for quantities not installed for this project due to slight changes in project limits during the course of construction. This is the final change order for the construction of this project. COST ANALYSIS: The unit prices from the original contract are being held for the revised quantities.
