SUBJECT: Request approval of Change Order No. 1 for W.R.Toole Engineers,Inc.,
Engineering Services for Utilities Department on Fort Gordon
W.R.Toole Engineers, Inc. is currently providing on-call engineering services for the Utilities
Department(AUD)on Fort Gordon. AUD has assigned seven tasks to WR Toole,which
commits$280,145 .00 of the previously approved$300,000.00. A task summary is provided
below. In order to continue WR Toole's on-call services,approval of Change Order No. 1 is
requested to add$200,000.00 to their contract.
Task Summary:
Task 1 Sanitary Sewer Flow Monitoring $51,505.00
Task 2 Cultural Resource Study $10,820.00
Task 3 Cyber CoE Campus to Butler Creek Sanitary Sewer:
Land Surveying and Mapping $62,770.00
Task 4 Cyber CoE Campus to Butler Creek Sanitary Sewer:
30%Plans $44,680.00
Easements $5,020.00
Wetlands Delineation $5,180.00
Task 5 Fort Gordon Utilities Master Plan Support Services $11,145.00
Task 6 15th Street Sanitary Sewer Survey $6,045.00

Task Summary Total $280,145.00
Please note the submitted fee to complete the Cyber CoE Campus to Butler Creek Sanitary
Sewer design is$110,000. This would leave approximately$110,000 remaining for other on-call
services.
