Included in this conveyance is any right, title, or equity which the Grantor may have in an eight (8) inch sanitary sewer line which runs from Coleman Avenue in a Northernly direction, dissecting said property as designated on the aforementioned plat as and eight (8) inch sanitary sewer line, and being the same property conveyed to party of the first part by deed of Richmond County, dated November 6, 1961, and recorded in said Clerk's office in Realty Book 27-Y, Pages 340-341, and by deed of correction dated November 30, 1961 and recorded in Realty Book 27-Z, Pages 603-05; The above described property is conveyed subject to an easement to the Georgia Power Company, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Realty Book 23-M, Page 350.
