CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
15th Street Pedestrian Improvements
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: This project is set up and authorized to CPB#328-041110-210328103 and Supplemental
Agreement 1 to award the preliminary engineering concept phase of the Design Consultant Services
Agreement to Wolverton 8s Associates,Inc.,in the amount of$1,347,424.97 for the
15th Street Pedestrian Inprovements Project.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
SPLOST Phase VI $ 373,510
SPLOST Phase VI $ 382,610
TIA Discretionary $ 109,078
TIA Funds $ 1,347,425
$ 2,212,623
Section 3: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.\ y
