This is a portion of the property conveyed to Joicie Williams by the Estate of Charlie Williams, by Deed of Assent dated December 11, 1933, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 12-E, page 332. Being the same property conveyed by the Estate of Joicie Williams to Margaret Ann Butler Johnson (Life Estate) and Deadra Johnson (Remainderman) by a Deed of Assent dated March 28, 1986 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County on realty reel 224, page 937.
