I am sui juris, otherwise competent, have personal knowledge of the facts state herein and
such facts are true and correct.

William R. Wallace was my grandfather. He died in the year 1955 intestate as a resident
of Richmond County, Georgia.

William R. Wallace was married to Mozelle Wallace. To the best of my knowledge they
had only one child Willie Mae Dixon, my mother, deceased, June 6, 2012.
4.
Pursaunt to O.C.G.A. §53-4-2 the following persons constitute all of the heirs-at-law of
William R. Wallace:
a. Oba Wallace f/k/a Gregory Anthony Chavis
5.
I am the only heir ever born to or adopted by my grandparents, except for Willie Mae Dixon
(who was my mother, never married and died without a Will on June 6, 2012).
6.
All debts, including federal estate taxes, if any, against William R. Wallace's' estate have
been finally determined and fully paid.
7.
William R. Wallace did not convey all or any portion of said property prior to his death.

I, Oba Wallace f/k/a Gregory Anthony Chavis have been in adverse, notorious, continuous,
uninterrupted, and peaceful possession of said property by quit-claim deed from Willie Mae
Dixon, dated May 13, 1993.
9.
My possession has been to use said property as my residence and has involved the
upkeep and maintenance of said property and payment of taxes on said property.
10.
This affidavit is filed and recorded, in part in accordance with O.C.G.A. §44-2-20.
11.
By virtue of this Affidavit, title to the above-described property is now vested in Oba
Wallace f/k/a Gregory Anthony Chavis.
