The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project;
Description of Change(for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
This change order is a net increase in the cost in the amount of$1,222,307.00. The change order includes
costs incurred due to weather delays caused by the Savannah River flooding the construction site from water
being released into the Savannah River authorized by the USACOE which flooded the site on 4 different
occasions and ceased work,and unforeseen rock conditions encountered during construction that caused a
work stoppage until an alternate design due to safety issues and to construct a new shoring system for the
site. All combined,this caused a delay in construction and will require to add an additional 27 7 days to the
contract.

The contract time will he INCREASED by 21/calendar days as a result of this change.
