BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB#371-041110-T15041217. This request is to award the
Preliminary Engineering Phase of Design Consultant Services Agreement to Civil Services, Inc.
in the amount of$200,916.27 for the 5th Street Bridge over the Savannah River(Bridge Repair and
Restoration).
Funding is available in the TIA project budget:
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
TIA Design $ 750,000
$ 750,000
Section 3: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this roject.
