SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
THIS INDENTURE,made this 0- day of W b,
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, between
hereinafter called party of the First Part, and CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES,LLC,
hereinafter called Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, that whereas the original beneficiary BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST
COMPANY, hereinafter called party of the First Part, is the original owner and holder of a certain
Mortgage taken out by JOSHUA OWENS, in the amount of$2,500.00,recorded 10/01/2015,as Book
1503, Page 663; encumbering the land situate in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia,described as
follows:
SEE COMPLETE LEGAL ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT"A"
APN#: 130-4-003-00-0
Commonly known as: 2305 Prescott Place,Hephzibah, GA 30815
AND WHEREAS,JOSHUA OWENS,have made application to the Party of the Second Part for
a loan in the amount not to exceed$73,931.00 to be secured by a First Mortgage encumbering the above
described premises, and Party of the Second Part has required as a condition precedent to making of said
loan that the Party of the First Part subordinate its Mortgage and all of its rights there under to the
Mortgage to be placed upon said premises as aforesaid, and Party of the First Part is agreeable to such
subordination.
NOW THEREFORE,in consideration of the sum of One Dollar($1.00), and other valuable
consideration in hand paid by the Party of the Second Part to the Party of the First Part,receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and as inducement for making the aforesaid loan by the Party of the Second Part to
the aforesaid,JOSHUA OWENS, the Party of The First Part does hereby subordinate the aforesaid
Mortgage by it and the lien thereof and all of its rights and there under to the lien recorded in Official
Records, Book , Page , or Document Number of
County of Richmond, State of Georgia, encumbering the above described premises e and does hereby Public Records of the
covenant with the Party of the Second Part that it has not transferred or assigned the aforesaid Mortgage
held by it, any Promissory Note it secures, nor any interest held by it in either of said instruments, and it
executed this Subordination Agreement and the entire interest held by it in said Note and Mortgage and
declare any right or claim held by it to be subject and inferior to the Mortgage held by the Party of the
Second Part and to all rights of the Party of the Second Part there under.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed that in consideration of one dollar and other good and

HAND AND SEAL ON THE DAY AND YEAR FIRST WRITTEN.
