Section I,as shown on a recorded plat thereof in Realty Book 14-H,Page 393,in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Richmond County,Georgia,to which plat reference is made for a full description thereof,
as to metes and bounds.
Said Lot fronts 50 feet on the North side of Aragon Drive and extends back between parallel lines a distance
of 150 feet, bounded as follows: North by Lot 17,Block B,East by Lot 25,Block B.
This is the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed from Schuyler W. Clark to the Estate of John Small
on April 13, 1949,and being recorded in Realty Book 17-D,Page 279,and this is the same property to
Marion Woodward by Warranty Deed from the heirs of John Small on February, 1971,and being recorded
in Realty Book 38-R,Page 283-284, in the said Clerk's Office of Richmond County, Georgia.

hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the exact metes,bounds,dimensions and location
of said property.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances

second part,her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
And the said party of the first part, his heirs, executors, and administrators, will warrant and forever defend the right and title of the
above described property unto the said party of the second part,her heirs and assigns,against the claims of all persons whomsoever.
