2010 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM
This Second Amendment to the agreement executed by and between the Parties on
August 23, 2011, is made and entered into on the 12th day of November, 2017,by and between
AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, (hereafter referred to as "Augusta"), and ANTIOCH MINISTRIES,
INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Antioch").
WHEREAS, AUGUSTA desires to amend the original agreement to allow Antioch to
effectively administer its HOME eligible affordable housing development activities;
WHEREAS,Antioch has determined that this Amendment is in its best interest and has
agreed to the said Amendment;
NOW THEREFORE, in exchange for their mutual good and valuable consideration,the
receipt and sufficiency of which each PARTY acknowledges, and intending to be legally bound,
AUGUSTA and Antioch agree to amend said agreement as follows:
(1)
Article I Section B(a) . Use of Funds. Construction Loan addresses shall be amended to
delete 1224 Holley Street and add 1221 Holley Street as project specific.
B. Use of Funds
HOME Program funds shall be used by Antioch for the purposes and objectives stated in
Article I, Scope of Services, and Exhibit"A" of the First Amendment. There will be no
additional HOME funding for this project. The budget remains as stated in the First
Amendment. Only change is to the Holley Street addresses: change from 1224 Holley Street to
1221 Holley Street.
Except for the modifications made by this Amendment,the terms and conditions of the
Agreement, as previously amended, shall remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment is executed in two (2) counterparts—each of which shall be deemed an original
and together shall constitute one and the same Amendment with one counterpart being delivered
to each party hereto.
