Personally appeared before the undersigned subscribing Office, Geraldine
Coleman a/k/a Jeraldine Y. Coleman of Richmond County, Georgia, who after being duly
sworn, deposes and says:
That Mamie F. Morris a/k/a Mamie Pearl Morris, late of Richmond County, Georgia,
died in Richmond County, Georgia, on June 14, 2005.
The purpose of this affidavit is to place it in the records of the Office of the Clerk of
Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in order to show that Geraldine Coleman
a/k/a Jeraldine Y. Coleman is the sole owner of the attached described property. The
undersigned having acquired title to the property by Survivorship Deed dated August 12,
1983 and recorded August 29, 1983 in Deed Book 169, at Page 1605. The interest of
Mamie Pearl Morris a/k/a Mamie F. Morris having been extinguished upon her death on
June 14, 2005.
The undersigned also states that Federal Estate Taxes cannot result in a lien
against the above-described property.
This Affidavit is being filed simultaneously with a Certificate of Death/State of
Georgia for the purpose of establishing a marketable title for the above-described
property.
