RECITALS
This is the thirty-first Work Authorization to the Professional Services Agreement effective February 27,
2013, between the Augusta Aviation Commission (Airport) and Mead& Hunt, Inc. (Consultant). The
Professional Services Agreement effective February 27,2013,is referred to herein as the Contract.
AGREEMENT
Services to be provided under Work Authorization#31 includes construction administration, construction
observation and quality assurance for reconstruction and extension of Taxiway A at the Airport. The Scope
of Services is described in Exhibit A.

APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE: Approval and acceptance of the Work Authorization including any
attachments shall incorporate this Work Authorization#31 as part of the Contract between the Airport and
the Consultant date February 27,2013. All work and services defined in this Work Authorization#31 shall
be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the aforementioned Contract between the
Airport and Consultant."
