THIS INDENTURE,made the 14th day of December, 2016,between Dunn &Vaiden, Inc. of
the County of Richmond, and State of Georgia, as party of the first part, hereinafter called Grantor, and
Augusta, Georgia of the County of Richmond, and State of Georgia, as party of the second part,
hereinafter called Grantee (the words "Grantor(s)" and "Grantee(s)" to include their respective heirs,
successors and assigns where the context requires or permits).
WITNESSETH that: Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell alien, convey and
confirm unto the said Grantee,

the plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in
Realty Reel 146, Page 582), thence run in a Westerly direction along the right-of-way of Marvin
Griffin Road a distance of 104.94 feet to an iron pipe; thence run N 22°04' E a distance of 313.12
feet to an iron pipe set on the right-of-way of a 20 foot public road; thence run S 75°39'30" E along
said right-of-way a distance of 122.31 feet to an iron pipe; thence run S 56°55' E distance of 163.17
feet to an iron pipe on the Westernmost right-of-way of Winesap Way; thence run alo. right-
of-way S 33°34'30" W a distance of 124.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence run N 71°40' W a distance of
124.88 feet to an iron pipe; thence run S 33°17'30" W a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe on the
Northern right-of-way of Marvin Griffin Road which is the POINT OF BEGINNING.

QUIT-CLAIM DEED FOR PARTIAL RELEASE OF LOAN DOCUMENTS
THIS INDENTURE is made as of the /64^ day of DECEMBER, 2016, between
QUEENSBOROUGH NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor") and DUNN & VAIDEN, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee") ("Grantor" and
"Grantee" to include their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns
where the context permits or requires).
WITNESSETH
THAT Grantor, for the sole purpose hereinafter set forth, and in consideration of
the sum of ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1.00) and other valuable consideration in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof are hereby acknowledged, does by these presents remise, release
and forever quit-claim unto Grantee all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all

and any and all other loan documents executed in connection therewith.
