Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete description as to metes, bounds and courses. Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, an amended (12 USC 1701 et seq.) and the Department of HOusing Urban Development Act (79 Stat. 667). This being the same property conveyed by Warranty Deed on June 23, 1978 by Patricia Roberts Harris, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Washington, D.C. and recorded in Richmond County Superior Court on August, 1978, Reel 97, Page 1318. Tax Map Number: 087-4-148-00-0 Property Address: 2031 Leona Street, Augusta, GA 30901 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said tract or parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Grantee forever in FEE SIMPLE.
