Jones to Richmond County, Georgia, dated February 29, 1952,and recorded in Book 22-N,page 608, with the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, Hillside Lane automatically reverts to the owner of the adjoining property upon its abandonment, and Grantee owns all of said adjoining property; WHEREAS, by deed dated May 28, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, on August 17, 2015, in Book 1497, page 1300, Grantor conveyed Hillside Lane and other roadways to Grantee;and WHEREAS, because of prior roadway reconfigurations and possible survey discrepancies, the exact location of Hillside Lane was not known at the time of said prior deed, and the parties desire to execute this quitclaim deed to confirm title in Grantee to all portions of the roadway formerly known as Hillside Lane.
