BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB#323-041110-201823332 entering into an agreement with
Georgia Power stating that Augusta,GA will pay 3.55%of estimated cost,which is$30,678
for relocation of Distribution Facility on the Belair Road Improvements Project in accordance
with the estimate totaling$865,222. Funding to come from TIA Discretionary.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project.
Special 1%Sales Tax,Phase III $ 2,341,000
Special 1%Sales Tax,Phase III Recapture $ 20,000

Section 3: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
