FOOD SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Amendment to the MANUAL FOOD SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made
and entered into by and between the Consolidated Government of AUGUSTA, GEORGIA
("Augusta", or"Client"), and TRINITY SERVICES GROUP,INC. ("Trinity", or"Vendor"),with
reference to the following: The Client and Trinity are referred to jointly as the "Parties".
A. The Parties entered into a Manual Food Services Agreement which commenced effective
January 1, 2016, pursuant to which Trinity was engaged by the Client to professionally
operate and manage the Richmond County Correctional Institution's Food Service
including the preparation, handling and serving of food.
B. The Parties now desire to amend the menu to increase the amount of calories being served
and to increase the meal price accordingly.
C. The Agreement provides in part that it may not be amended or modified except in a writing
duly executed by each of the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the provisions contained herein and the
mutual benefits to be derived here from, and for other good and valuable consideration,the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Vendor and Augusta agree as follows:
1. The foregoing recitations are true and correct and by this reference made a part
hereof.
2.. Effective October 20, 2016, Trinity shall begin serving a menu providing not less
than an average of 3200 calories per day. The menu shall remain subject to the Client's approval.
3. Effective upon implementation of the enhanced menu the Meal Price Scale shall be
amended as follows:

4. Except as expressly stated herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.
5. This Amendment to the Agreement may be executed in counterparts,each of which
shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same
instrument. An electronic copy of this Amendment shall be sufficient for all purposes.
