THIS INDENTURE, made the 19th day of September, 2016, between Tiffany Holmes of the
County of Richmond, and State of Georgia, as party of the first part, hereinafter called Grantor, and
Augusta, Georgia of the County of Richmond, and State of Georgia, as party of the second part,
hereinafter called Grantee (the words "Grantor(s)" and "Grantee(s)" to include their respective heirs,
successors and assigns where the context requires or permits).
WITNESSETH that: Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell alien, convey and
confirm unto the said Grantee,

Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 15 N, Page 582,
to which reference is hereby made for a more accurate description as to the metes, bounds and
location of said property Said property is commonly known as 22058 Walnut Street, Augusta,
Georgia 30901.
