Said easement consists of 2,260 Square Feet, more or less, shown as "Proposed 20' Temporary Construction Easement "A- and "Proposed Temporary Construction Easement `B'," on a plat prepared by the Augusta Utilities Department, dated April 25, 2016, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and to which reference is made for a more accurate and complete description of the metes, bounds and courses. Said easement being for the purposes of digging such trenches in said parcel of land as may be necessary to construct, or reconstruct, a pipeline within an existing permanent easement owned by Augusta, to pile thereon the material excavated, to haul pipe, supplies and equipment connected with the construction thereof, over, along and across the said parcel of land, to pile pipe and other equipment and park equipment needed in the course of constructing the pipeline, and access to and from the aforementioned existing permanent easement . Said temporary construction easement shall expire at the completion and final acceptance of this pipeline by AUGUSTA.
