All that lot or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in
Richmond County, State of Georgia, having a frontage of 50 feet, more or less, on the East
side of Golden Rod Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 150 feet,
more or less, and being known and designated as Lot. No. 7, in Block D, of Hyde Park
Subdivision, Section 1, plat of which is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 15-N, Page 582, and bounded as
follows: NORTH by Lot No. 8 in Block D of said plat, the property of Ben Smith; EAST by
property formerly of H. S, Cook, et al; SOUTH by Lot. No. 6, Block D, of said plat; and
WEST by said Golden Rod Street, and being the same property conveyed to James Carter
by deed dated October 3, 1951, recorded in the said Clerk's Office in Realty Book 18-Q,
Page 450, and conveyed by James Carter to his cousin, Nora Bell Barr, by deed of gift
dated August 3, 1962, recorded in said Clerk's Office on Realty Book 19-Q, Page 114, and
