BOUNDED: Northeast by property now or formerly of Mrs. Kathleen McL. Mulherin; Southeast by property now or formerly of the Bowles Estate; Southwest by Bowles Road and Northwest by property now or formerly of Howard. The lot herein described being known and designated as LOT "C" in BLOCK "D" of a plat dated May 15, 1957,which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 24-M, Page 181.
