Place Gate Controllers (owner supplied materials). ADD / (DELETE): 1 LS @ $6,300.00 COST ADDITION / (DELETION): $6,300.00 Justification: This is an adjustment to allow for the Contractor to separate the cost of in of the Owner supplied equipment identified in Item 1 above. NEW ITEMS BASE BID 1. Add approximately 500 LF of 2" Schd 80 PVC Conduit with Pull Boxes & Pull String for Additional Key Pad. ADD / (DELETE): 1 LS @ $17,200.00 COST ADDITION / (DELETION): $17,200.00 Justification: The Airport desires the ability to connect the gate arm equipment to the access control system located at Gate 0. This will give the Airport the ability to connect this equipment in the future. 2. Install 2 runs of CMP /CL3P/FPLP 18 awg 6 conductor copper & two runs of CMP /CL3P 16 awg 2 conductor copper In conduit in conduit shown above & furnish 4 Diteck DTK- GPK1(instalied by others) ADD / (DELETE): 1 LS @ $5,065.00 COST ADDITION / (DELETION): $5,065.00 Justification: The Airport desires the ability to connect the gate arm equipment to the access control system located at Gate 0. This will give the Airport the ability to connect this equipment in the future. 3. Install 2 gate arms and 2 ticket dispensers at east and west entrances to the long term parking lot. ADD / (DELETE): 1 LS @ $2,335.00 COST ADDITION / (DELETION): $2,335.00 Justification: The existing equipment Is in poor shape and In need of replacement. Increase demolition and repaving area around entrance Island to the credit card lot. ADD / (DELETE): 1 LS $500 COST ADDITION / (DELETION): $500 Justification: The current plan would remove approximately 75% of the existing pavement around the entrance Island.
