That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R - MH (Manufactured Home Residential) to B - (General Business)affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right -of -way line of Peach Orchard Road at a point opposite where the centerline of Boykin Road (Extended) intersects; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 245 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 718 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northwest right -of -way line of the Georgia Florida railroad line; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right -of- way line of the Georgia Florida railroad line a distance of 441 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 492 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast right -of -way line of Peach Orchard Road; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the southeast right -of -way line of Peach Orchard Road a distance of 178 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 5.85 acres and is known as 3764 Peach Orchard Road. Tax Map 168 -0- 021 -00 -0 SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this /‘ day of ...trial, 2014.
