SALARY FOR THE ELECTED OFFICE OF AUGUSTA - RICHMOND
COUNTY STATE COURT SOLICITOR.
A RESOLUTION BY THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
WHEREAS, the salary of the Augusta - Richmond County State Court Solicitor is currently set by
local legislation at $97,000;
WHEREAS, the Augusta - Richmond County State Court Solicitor has request, d a sal

WHEREAS, it is within the authority of the gffverning authority of Auguste; G gi, :..prove
a salary supplement in an amount determined by the governing authority.
RESOLUTION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing authority of Augusta, Georgia that
the elected office of Augusta - Richmond County State Court Solicitor shall receive an annual
local salary supplement in the amount of $ 700 to the local legislative amount
only, only so long as the local legislative amount is $97,000, and only for the current incumbent
in the Augusta - Richmond County State Court Solicitor position.
