Proposal for Program Management Services
Dear Fred,
We are pleased to provide you with the following staffing and related fee options to
deliver PM services for the above referenced project.
Option 1 — Limited Project Manager Oversight $146,553
Option 2 - Project Manager Oversight/Limited Support $221,688
Option 3 - Full Service Project Management and Support $280,326
Each option is detailed out in terms of hourly rates, assumed number of hours and
services to be provided in order to provide you with a range of management supervision
options for this project on ATTACHMENT A to this letter.
The following are points of clarification to this proposal.
1. There will be no additional charges for Project Executive, Program Management
or administrative time.
2. The Project Manager time is proposed to be a staff member from our consultant,
Dukes Edwards Dukes.
3. All support services time is to be provided by Heery Home Office staff.
4. This project will be added to our scope of work under the terms and conditions of
our current, approved contract extension. All terms and conditions remain in
effect with the exception of the additional scope of work.
5. We are ready to commence this project upon your written approval and
mobilization of DED staff member to the site.
