HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 7370 TO AMEND BY CHANGING THE ZONING BY MODIFYING CONDITIONS FROM 2003 ZONING CASE 9Z-03-02 AFFECTING PROPERTY LOCATED OLD WAYNESBOROD ROAD• M ORDINANCE NO 7370 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta, Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning by modifying conditions from 2003 zoning case (Z- 03 -02) affecting property located on the southeast right -of -way line of Old Waynesboro Road, 105 feet, more or less, northeast of Pine Log Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map modifying conditions from 2003 zoning case (Z- 03 -02) affecting property as follows: Beginning at a point located on the southeast right -of -way line of Old Waynesboro Road, 105 feet, more or less, northeast of Pine Log Road; thence, N 28 °13'34" E along the southeast right -of -way line of Old Waynesboro Road a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 74 °16'27" E a distance of 1,030 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, S 26 °03' 14" W a distance of 298 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N 74 °14'20" W a distance of 1,041 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 5.16 acres and is known as 1704 -1714 (even numbers only) Bowers Road. Tax Map 170 -4- 006-00-0, 170 -4- 007 -00 -0, 170 -4- 008 -00 -0, 170 -4- 009 -00 -0, 170 -4- 010 -00 -0, & 170 -4- 011 -00 -0 SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta, Georgia is subject to the following stipulations: 1. that the new development conform to all fire codes. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. 2012.
