This grant offer is in the amount of $472,050. If the terms of the grant offer are satisfactory, you must accept the grant offer on or before September 19, 2012, and have your attorney certify that the acceptance complies with local and state laws and constitutes a legal and binding obligation on the part of the airport sponsor. "Terms and Conditions of Accepting Airport Improvement Program Grants" is enclosed. This master agreement is incorporated into the grant agreement by reference and will become binding upon your execution of the grant. Please retain the master agreement for your records. Three original executed grant agreements should be returned to this office as soon as possible. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Date of Offer: September 6, 2012 Project Number: 3•13-0011-035-2012 Recipient: City of Augusta (Herein called Sponsors) Airport: Augusta Regional Airport at Bush Field DUNS Number: 094079472 OFFER THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADM{NISTRATION, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE UNITED STATES, HEREBY OFFERS AND AGREES to pay, as the United States' share of ninety percent of the allowable costs incurred in accomplishing the project consisting of the foflowing: Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Equipment- Air Tank Re-Fuel, Proximity Gear, XLT 5000 Mobile Radio and VehicVe Accessories; Runway 8126 and Taxiway Crack Seal and Pavement Marking Project- Design, Construction Administration, Resident Project Representative and Construction. as more particularly described in the Pro}ect Application dated September 4, 2012. The maximum obligation of the United States payable under this Offer shall be $472,050 for airport development. This offer is made in accordance with and for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Title 49, United States Code, herein called 7itle 49 U.S.C. Acceptance and execution of this offer shall comprise a Grant Agreement, as provided by Title 49 U.S.C., constituting the coniractual obligations and rights of the United States and the Sponsor.
