All those certain lots, tracts, or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the Eighty Sixth G.M.
District, City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia and known as Required Additional Right Of
Way and Easements for Marvin Griffin Road from lands of EKA Noble, Inc. (TMS 134 -0 -007),
being more particularly described as follows:
