This is a request for approval of the attached Budget Revision for the 5311 Rural Public Transportation
Service. There were overages in fuel due to an increase in drivers, and an overage in Insurance due to
Mobility Transit providing private Insurance coverage of the Rural vans. This does not affect the bottom
line contact amount and will allow us to request reimbursement for our expenses.
