Justification for Change
1. Brief description of the proposed contract changes and locations:
Item New -1 is associated with the modification of the existing employee /valet parking lot
to the South End Card Lot. This work will include the construction of a concrete island
to mount the card readers, placement of pavement markings, installation of the card
readers and gates, and provide power and data from the new equipment to a computer
provided by Republic Parking to be located within the main Terminal Building.
2. The sponsor's share of this cost is available from:
The contract modification will result in an increase in cost of $19,481.00. It is the option
of the sponsor whether to proceed with a portion or all of the work.
