All work will be scheduled as requested by authorized city personnel and a maximum of 22 hour response time will be adhered to. Each technician has undergone extensive training as approved by the AASHTO Materials Referenced Laboratory (AMRL) and the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) and has passed written and on -site examinations. All work and test reports are examined and approved by Jeffery S. Pope, Construction Services Supervision, with the final prepared report checked by James M. Pope, P.E. before mailing.
