Ladies or Gentlemen:
The Rental Agreement, dated 12/20/2011, by and between Auguata. Gm and the Georgia
Department of Human Services for its Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) in
Richmond County of 79.301 square feet of OFFICE space located at 520 Fenwick St, in
Augusta, Georgia will expire on June 30, 2012.
Article IV of said Rental Agreement granted to Tenant the option to extend its occupancy on a
year-to-year basis for 4 consecutive years. Pursuarit to this Artice, the Georgia Department of
Human Services - DFCS, desires to exercise this option therefore, continuing its occupancy for

conditions, covenants, agreements, provisions and stipulations of said Rental Agreement and at
