as "Parcel 8 ", on a plat prepared by George L. Godman 8, Associates, dated January 18, 2012,
attached hereto and made a part hereof, to which reference is made for a more accurate and
complete description of the metes, bounds and courses.

temporary easement will revert to Owner, upon the completion, testing and acceptance of the
public sanitary sewer, by Augusta, which will be constructed in conjunction with this project.
