ORDINANCENO. � 336 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta, Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 59C0) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisians of the Comprehensive Zone A(Agriculture) to Zone R-3A (Multiple-family Residential) affecting property located 200 feet, more or less, northeast of the northeast right-of-way line of Robinson Avenue and being 400 feet, more or less, northwest of Gordon Highway; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA CONIMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A(Agriculture) to Zone R-3A (Multiple-family Residential) affecting properiy as follows: Beginning at a point located 200 feet, more or less, northeast of the northeast right-of-way line of Robinson Avenue and being 400 feet, more or less, northwest of Gordon Highway; thence, N 53°07'44" W a distance of 629 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 167 feet, more or less, to a point located on the Richmond County/Columbia County boundary line; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the Richmond County/Columbia County boundary line a distance of 664 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a . 1 2 , �� �� � ' , . ! southeasterly direction a distance of 40 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to a point located on the Richmond County/Columbia County boundary line; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 1,230 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 1,558.48 feet to a point; thence, S 46°12'S5" W a distance of 169.01 feet to a point; thence, S 35°23'S4" W a distance of 531.45 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 18 acres. (part of Tax Map 078-0-004-00-0 and 078-0-004-03-0) SECTION II.
