ORDINANCE NO. 73 34
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta,
, Georgia Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all
amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta Commission as authorized
under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of
the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-2 (General Business) to
Zone R-1C (One-family Residential) affecting property located 15 feet, more or
less, southwest of the south right-of-way line of Ossabaw Drive; and for the repeal
of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION L That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone R-1 C(One-
family Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located 15 feet, more or less, southwest of the south right-of-
way line of Ossabaw Drive; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 130
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 345
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 40
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 292
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of
100.68 feet to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 208.75
feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 385 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 568 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 4.9 acres
and is known as part of 2019 Ossabaw Drive and part of 2012 , 2014, 2016 and
2018 Ossabaw Drive. (Part of Tax Map 198-0-010-058-0, 198-2-008-00-0, 198-2-
009-00-0,198-2-010-00-0 & 098-2-011-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
